  We found the Mr Roofer team very trustworthy, helpful and easy to work with. Sam, Casey and Patrick are very knowledgeable about their work and explained things clearly to us.  Communication was excellent and they were very responsive to all enquiries. We were overseas during the last part of our roof installation and they kept us in the loop with texts, photos and videos of the roof’s progress. When a couple of problems arose with the house they went out of their way to help us solve them, even though they were not part of their responsibilities.   I had an urgent repair on my roof, I rang multiple roofing companies with no luck, I was recommended Sam at Mr Roof and he was on to it right away (even though I lived over an hour away) very professional, efficient and friendly service, not only did they arrive within hours they also  did an excellent job, I couldn't recommend them highly enough, 5 stars all the way!!!
