Communication was excellent and they were very responsive to all enquiries. We were overseas during the last part of our roof installation and they kept us in the loop with texts, photos and videos of the roof’s progress. When a couple of problems arose with the house they went out of their way to help us solve them, even though they were not part of their responsibilities. All in all, dealing with this family business was a very pleasant and positive experience!
